IAP2 USA Chapter News – January, 2015


The Cascades Chapter is moving full-steam-ahead to get ready for the 2015 IAP2 North American Conference. The annual event is happening in Portland, OR, Sept. 9-11.

They’ll be looking for volunteers both in the preparations and during the conference itself, so check out the Conference website for more information!


The Colorado Chapter is hosting a webinar on Re-thinking Traditional Approaches to Public Involvement on Feb. 18. It’s free for IAP2 USA members, so check out their newsletter for more information.


The Intermountain Chapter has welcomed a new slate of officers, and the energy and enthusiasm they’re bringing is very encouraging. The Chapter is concentrating this year on growing its membership, with more brown-bags and other events, and reaching out to colleges and universities.


Over the past year, IAP2 NorCal, the Northern California chapter of IAP2 USA, has seen a sharp increase in activity.
